Müge Özgenel (IKU 2009)

Müge Özgenel, a graduate of Kültür College, completed high school with a double diploma by being selected for a separate class for the International Baccalaureate Organization in high school, in her own words, “thanks to the deep-rooted English education provided by Kültür College." Thanks to her IBO diploma, she won a 50% scholarship to study Civil Engineering in English at Kültür University. In 2009, Müge Özgenel graduated from Kültür University, Department of Civil Engineering and then worked at BOTEK and SIGMA Engineering while studying at Istanbul Technical University, Department of Transportation Engineering. After working as an Experienced Business Development Engineer at Tekfen Engineering for 4 years as of January 2020, she is currently continuing her career as Business Development Group Leader. Our alumni has been giving Meditation, Mindfulness and Breathing Techniques Trainings within Tekfen Holding for more than two years. 

 

Müge Özgenel's message to our graduates; “When I think of Istanbul Kültür University and the Kültür family, the first thing that comes to my mind is that a good education is always prioritized and kept at the forefront, and that we can reach the places that our hearts desire with our individual efforts.

In addition to professional ethics and a solid English, IKU instilled in me the culture of life that I need to feed my soul with art as well as being an engineer. Now that you are an IKU student, I wish your university story to be the best beginning of your professional life.”

Ayça Erden (IKU 2012)

Our alumni Ayça Erden graduated from Istanbul Kültür University Department of Graphic Design in 2012 and IKU Department of Communication Design in 2014. After the Formation Training she received, she continued her career as an art teacher and settled in Bodrum. Ayça Erden, who continues her art life by continuing to paint, participated in a group exhibition with Bodrum Art at Bodrum Trafo Hakan Aykan Culture and Art Center between 6-12 June 2024.
