Our Representative Program aims to bring together alumni who wish to share their knowledge on their common Class, Department, Field of Interest, and Sector. 

As the Alumni Relations Unit, our primary goals are to establish communication with our graduates who will represent our university in the institutions and sectors they work in, both nationally and internationally, to encourage them to share their experiences with our younger alumni and students, and to strengthen the ties between our graduates. 

You can also become an IKU Class, Department, City, Country, Sector Representative within the scope of the Voluntary Programs and Practices. By carrying out activities and events that will bring together our alumni in the sectors you work in and those with common interests, you can both expand your network and contribute to the solidarity among our alumni and further strengthen the Kültür Community. 

What Do Alumni Representatives Do?

• They bring our alumni together in relevant groups and social networks by contacting their friends and acquaintances who graduated from our university.
• They organize various events in their regions to help alumni get to know one another and strengthen their solidarity. 
• They encourage Istanbul Kültür University alumni to participate in Mentor/Mentee programs, helping them contribute to recent graduates and enrolled students. 
• They invite alumni who wish to engage in volunteer work to join our university’s Sectoral and Interest Groups, enabling them to share their experiences with younger alumni and students. 
• They can develop initiatives at their workplaces to increase recognition of our university and support recent graduates and students with matters such as internships and job applications. 
• They contribute to keeping our alumni community informed by sharing the events and programs our university organizes in social media platforms.
